常青镇士山村社区，于2001年3月由原草荡村、士山二个自然村合并而成，总面积3361亩。其中耕地面积2554亩，辖21个村民小组，总户836，总人口2868人。近年来，发展高效设施农业、规模种养殖经济及旅游产业，年人均纯收入10055.00元，全村新建水泥路3.6公里。投入200多万元建设基础设施，村容村貌焕然一新。目前在建园区1040亩，主要品种冬瓜、蔬菜、西瓜等。10年拟新增园区1000亩。
